Incline Dumbbell Row
1 - Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline and place a dumbbell on each side of the bench.
2 - Lie face down on the bench with your chest supported, feet planted firmly on the floor, and a dumbbell in each hand.
3 - Let your arms hang straight down with palms facing each other and keep your neck neutral.
4 - Pull the dumbbells toward your lower ribs by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Pause briefly at the top without lifting your chest off the bench or shrugging your shoulders.
6 - Lower the dumbbells under control until your arms are fully extended, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
