Yoke Walk
- 1 - Set up the yoke at the appropriate height so the crossbar rests comfortably across your upper back and traps, similar to a back squat position.
- 2 - Duck under the yoke and position the crossbar across your upper traps, gripping the uprights firmly with both hands at a comfortable width.
- 3 - Brace your core tightly, take a deep breath, and drive through your legs to lift the yoke off the stands.
- 4 - Stand tall with a slight forward lean, keeping your chest up, core engaged, and eyes focused forward on your path.
- 5 - Begin walking with short, controlled, powerful steps, maintaining a stable and upright torso throughout the movement.
- 6 - Keep the yoke as level as possible, avoiding excessive swaying or bouncing, and maintain a tight full-body tension with every step.
- 7 - At the end of the distance, carefully lower the yoke back to the ground by bending your knees and hinging at the hips in a controlled manner.
