Trap Bar Shrug
1 - Stand inside the trap bar with your feet about hip-width apart and the handles aligned at your sides.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees slightly to grip the handles with a neutral grip.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and stand up fully so the bar hangs at arm’s length by your sides.
4 - Keeping your arms straight, elevate your shoulders straight up toward your ears without rolling them forward or backward.
5 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your traps.
6 - Lower your shoulders under control back to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining an upright posture.
