Band Romanian Deadlift
1 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, placing the middle of the resistance band securely under both feet.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand with your arms straight and the band lightly tensioned in front of your thighs.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, shoulders pulled back, and maintain a slight bend in your knees.
4 - Hinge at your hips by pushing them backward, lowering your hands along the front of your legs while keeping your back neutral.
5 - Lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings or until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor, without rounding your back.
6 - Drive your hips forward and squeeze your glutes to return to standing against the band's resistance.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and tension throughout the movement.
