Cable Pull-Through Rope
1 - Attach a rope handle to the low pulley of a cable machine and stand facing away from the machine.
2 - Reach between your legs to hold the rope with both hands, then step forward until there is tension on the cable.
3 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and keep your spine neutral.
4 - Hinge at your hips by pushing them back toward the machine, allowing the rope to move between your legs while keeping your arms relaxed.
5 - Drive your hips forward by squeezing your glutes and extending through the hips until you return to a tall standing position.
6 - Pause briefly at the top without leaning back, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
