
Leg-Over-Knee Glute Bridge
- 1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
- 2 - Cross your right ankle over your left knee, allowing your right knee to open out to the side in a figure-four position.
- 3 - Press your left foot firmly into the floor and engage your core.
- 4 - Drive through your left heel to lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top until your body forms a straight line from your left knee to your shoulders.
- 5 - Hold the top position for 1-2 seconds, ensuring your hips remain level and square.
- 6 - Slowly lower your hips back down to the mat in a controlled manner without fully resting.
- 7 - Complete all repetitions on one side before switching to the other leg.
