Sandbag Bear Hug Squat
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and the sandbag positioned vertically or horizontally in front of you.
2 - Lift the sandbag safely from the ground and hug it tightly against your chest with your forearms wrapped around it.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Push your hips back slightly and bend your knees to lower into a squat.
5 - Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the ground, or as low as you can maintain good posture.
6 - Drive through your heels and midfoot to stand back up, keeping the sandbag tight to your torso.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
