Happy Baby Pose
1 - Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat with your legs extended and arms by your sides.
2 - Exhale and draw both knees toward your chest, bending them at a 90-degree angle with feet flexed toward the ceiling.
3 - Reach up with both hands and grip the outer edges of your feet (or ankles if needed), with your arms on the outside of your legs.
4 - Gently pull your feet downward, guiding your knees toward the floor alongside your torso, keeping your ankles stacked over your knees.
5 - Press your lower back and tailbone firmly into the mat, lengthening your spine and relaxing your shoulders down.
6 - Hold the pose, breathing deeply and rocking gently side to side to massage the lower back if desired.
7 - To release, slowly lower your feet to the mat and extend your legs back to the starting position.
