Cable Seated Row Close Grip
- 1 - Sit on the seated cable row machine with your feet placed firmly on the footrests and your knees slightly bent.
- 2 - Attach a close-grip/V-handle to the cable and grasp it with both hands using a neutral grip.
- 3 - Sit tall with your chest up, shoulders down, and core braced, keeping your back neutral.
- 4 - Start with your arms extended and your shoulder blades slightly stretched forward without rounding your lower back.
- 5 - Pull the handle toward your lower ribs or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back close to your sides.
- 6 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together briefly at the end of the pull, then return the handle forward under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while avoiding excessive torso swinging.
