Kettlebell Upright Row
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your thighs, palms facing your body.
- 2 - Engage your core and keep your chest up and back straight throughout the movement.
- 3 - Pull the kettlebell upward by driving your elbows up and out to the sides, leading with the elbows above the hands.
- 4 - Continue pulling until the kettlebell reaches chin level and your elbows are slightly above shoulder height.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your traps and shoulders.
- 6 - Slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
