Cable Row To Neck
- 1 - Attach a straight bar or rope handle to a seated cable row station and sit facing the pulley with your feet braced.
- 2 - Hold the attachment with an overhand grip and sit tall with your chest lifted, core braced, and arms fully extended.
- 3 - Keep your shoulders down and back, then initiate the pull by driving your elbows outward and slightly upward.
- 4 - Pull the attachment toward the base of your neck or upper chest while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the end of the row, keeping your wrists neutral and avoiding shrugging excessively.
- 6 - Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position under control without rounding your upper back.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
