Chest Supported Dumbbell Row
- 1 - Set an incline bench to about 30–45 degrees and place a dumbbell on each side of the bench.
- 2 - Lie face down on the bench with your chest supported, feet planted firmly on the floor, and a dumbbell in each hand.
- 3 - Let your arms hang straight down with palms facing each other and keep your neck neutral.
- 4 - Pull the dumbbells toward your lower ribs by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your chest against the bench and avoiding excessive shrugging.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells under control until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
