Cable Low Row
1 - Attach a close-grip or neutral-grip handle to the low pulley and sit facing the cable machine.
2 - Place your feet firmly on the foot platform with knees slightly bent and hold the handle with both hands.
3 - Sit tall with your chest lifted, shoulders down, and spine neutral; allow your arms to extend without rounding your lower back.
4 - Pull the handle toward your lower ribs or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back close to your sides.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together briefly at the end of the pull while keeping your torso stable.
6 - Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position under control, maintaining posture and cable tension.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
