Glute Bridges
1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
2 - Place your arms at your sides with palms facing down for stability.
3 - Engage your core and squeeze your glutes as you press through your heels to lift your hips off the floor.
4 - Drive your hips upward until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
5 - Hold the top position for 1-2 seconds, maintaining the squeeze in your glutes.
6 - Slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
