Cable Pull Through
1 - Attach a rope handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing away from the machine with the rope between your legs.
2 - Hold one end of the rope in each hand, step forward to create tension, and set your feet about shoulder-width apart.
3 - Keep a neutral spine, brace your core, and allow your arms to stay straight as the cable pulls your hands back between your legs.
4 - Hinge at the hips by pushing your hips backward while keeping a slight bend in your knees and your chest lifted.
5 - Drive your hips forward by squeezing your glutes, returning to a tall standing position without leaning back.
6 - Pause briefly at the top, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions with controlled movement.
