Cable High Row
1 - Attach a wide bar or dual handles to a high cable pulley and set the desired weight.
2 - Sit or stand facing the cable machine with your chest tall, core braced, and arms extended overhead in line with the cable.
3 - Grip the attachment with your palms facing down or neutral, keeping your shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
4 - Pull the handle toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Pause briefly at the end of the pull while keeping your torso stable and avoiding excessive leaning.
6 - Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
