1 - Stand facing the SkiErg machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
2 - Reach up and grab both handles with an overhand grip, arms fully extended overhead.
3 - Engage your core and initiate the movement by driving both arms downward simultaneously while hinging at the hips and slightly bending the knees.
4 - Pull the handles down forcefully past your hips in a sweeping arc, extending through your hips as you drive the movement.
5 - Allow your body to follow through into a slight squat position as the handles reach their lowest point.
6 - Control the return of the handles back overhead by extending your body upright and raising your arms back to the start position.
7 - Repeat the motion continuously at your desired pace and intensity for the set duration or distance.
