Bretzel Stretch
1 - Lie on your side on the floor with your head supported and your body in a straight line.
2 - Bring your top knee forward and place it on the floor in front of your hips, bent to about 90 degrees.
3 - Reach your bottom arm to hold the top knee in place so it stays grounded throughout the stretch.
4 - Bend your bottom knee and reach back with your top hand to grab the ankle or foot, creating a stretch through the front of the thigh.
5 - Gently rotate your chest and top shoulder backward toward the floor while keeping the top knee down and breathing steadily.
6 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
