World's Greatest Stretch With Hamstring Reach
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
- 2 - Step your right foot forward to the outside of your right hand, keeping your left leg extended behind you.
- 3 - Lower your hips gently toward the floor to feel a stretch through the front of the left hip and groin.
- 4 - Rotate your torso to the right and reach your right arm up toward the ceiling, following your hand with your eyes.
- 5 - Place your right hand back down, then shift your hips back and straighten your right leg as much as comfortable to perform a hamstring reach.
- 6 - Return to the forward lunge position, then step back to the plank position.
- 7 - Repeat on the opposite side for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
