Cable Pull-Through
1 - Set a cable machine to the lowest pulley position and attach a rope handle.
2 - Stand facing away from the machine, feet shoulder-width apart, and straddle the cable between your legs.
3 - Hinge at the hips, pushing them back while maintaining a neutral spine, and grasp the rope handle between your legs with both hands.
4 - Drive your hips forward explosively, squeezing your glutes at the top until your body is fully upright.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, ensuring full hip extension and a strong glute contraction.
6 - Reverse the movement by hinging at the hips again, allowing the rope to travel back between your legs under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
