Incline Dumbbell Fly
1 - Set an adjustable bench to an incline angle and sit back with a dumbbell in each hand.
2 - Lie against the bench with your feet planted firmly on the floor and the dumbbells held above your chest.
3 - Keep a slight bend in your elbows, palms facing each other, and brace your core.
4 - Slowly lower both dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
5 - Lower until you feel a stretch across your chest without letting your shoulders roll forward.
6 - Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back together above your upper chest in the same arc.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement slow, controlled, and focused on the chest.
