Lying Crossover Knee Stretch
- 1 - Lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms out to the sides in a T position for support.
- 2 - Bend one knee and bring it up toward your chest while keeping the opposite leg straight on the floor.
- 3 - Gently guide the bent knee across your body toward the floor on the opposite side.
- 4 - Keep both shoulders in contact with the floor and turn your head slightly away from the crossed-over knee if comfortable.
- 5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, feeling a gentle stretch through the glutes, lower back, and outer hip.
- 6 - Return to the starting position in a controlled manner, then repeat on the other side.
