Sled Pull-Through
- 1 - Attach a rope, strap, or handles securely to a loaded sled and stand facing away from the sled with the attachment running between your legs.
- 2 - Hold the rope or handles with both hands, step forward until there is tension, and set your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Hinge at your hips by pushing your hips back while keeping your back neutral, chest up, and core braced.
- 4 - Drive your hips forward forcefully and squeeze your glutes to pull the sled toward you or move it forward.
- 5 - Allow your arms to stay long and relaxed; the movement should come primarily from hip extension, not from pulling with the arms.
- 6 - Step forward to regain tension if needed, reset into the hip-hinge position, and repeat for the desired reps or distance.
- 7 - Maintain controlled posture throughout and avoid rounding your lower back or overextending at the top.
