Cable Curl EZ Bar
1 - Attach an EZ bar handle to the low pulley of a cable machine and select an appropriate weight.
2 - Stand facing the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart and grasp the EZ bar with an underhand grip.
3 - Keep your elbows close to your sides, chest upright, shoulders relaxed, and core braced.
4 - Curl the bar upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms mostly stationary throughout the movement.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl without leaning back or letting your elbows drift forward.
6 - Lower the bar slowly and under control until your arms are nearly fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining steady cable tension.
