Ez Bar Preacher Curl
1 - Set up a preacher curl bench and select an appropriate weight for the EZ bar.
2 - Sit on the preacher bench and place the back of your upper arms flat against the angled pad, with your armpits resting at the top of the pad.
3 - Grip the EZ bar with an underhand (supinated) grip on the inner angled grips, slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart.
4 - Start with your arms nearly fully extended at the bottom, maintaining a slight bend at the elbows to keep tension on the biceps.
5 - Curl the EZ bar upward in a controlled motion, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement until your forearms are nearly vertical.
6 - Slowly lower the bar back down to the starting position in a controlled manner, resisting gravity on the way down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring your upper arms remain pressed firmly against the pad throughout the movement.
