Side-Lying Quad Stretch
1 - Lie on your side on a comfortable surface, with your body in a straight line and your head resting on your bottom arm or hand.
2 - Bend your top knee, bringing your heel toward your glutes.
3 - Reach back with your top hand and grasp your ankle or foot.
4 - Gently pull your heel closer to your glutes until you feel a stretch along the front of your thigh.
5 - Keep your hips stacked and avoid arching your lower back excessively.
6 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the position.
7 - Release, switch sides, and repeat on the opposite leg.
